Trinity loves children! Our goal is to provide wonderful opportunities for children and their families to discover and explore their relationship with Jesus Christ so they grow in faith to be disciples.
Nursery
Trinity offers a professionally staffed Nursery to care for our littlest members and friends every Sunday morning. From 9:30 - 10:30 am the nursery is available for children too young to participate in Church School classes (minimum nursery age is 6 weeks old). From 10:30 a.m. – noon the nursery is available for children 6 weeks – 4 years.
Church School
Children age 2 years – 5th grade are invited every Sunday morning to join us for Church School from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. All our classes are taught by teams of caring adults using the Untied Methodist curriculum LIVE BIG. In addition to regular classroom experiences, each quarter we provide the opportunity for our children to participate in Faith Works mission projects and celebrate special Sundays with fellowship activities such as Jesus’ Birthday Party, Bring a Friend Sunday, Promotion Sunday and many more. We have a wonderful ministry team that enables children with a variety of special needs to fully participate in our Sunday morning ministry. Calvert Nursery School
Calvert Nursery School is a cooperative pre-school that meets at Trinity. It was established in 1970 by a group of parents wanting to bring their young children together in a learning environment for group activities and experiences. The basic tenet of parent participation and cooperation gives the school its unique quality, and has allowed it to flourish over the years.
- Small class size
- 3-year olds meet 2 days/week (Th/F)
- 4-year olds meet 3 days/week (M/T/W)
- Morning sessions are from 9:00-11:30
- Afternoon sessions are from 12:00-2:30
- Fully Accredited by the State of Maryland

Summer Church School
The fun and learning keeps going through the summer months. Trinity offers multi-age-level classes each Sunday through the summer for children 2 – 5th grade using the LIVE BIG curriculum.
