  • Farming 4 Hunger -  Trinity supports Farming 4 Hunger, whose Mission is to feed the hungry and help feed the soul. Hunger comes in many different ways.  Healing the mind, body and spirit is at the core of Farming 4 Hunger. www.farming4hunger.com

  • American Red Cross – Every other month Trinity serves as the site for the American Red Cross’ blood drive donation. Donations take place on Wednesdays from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m.  Please see the events calendar for dates.

 

  • Christmas Angel Tree – Trinity partners with the Calvert County Department of Social Services to help provide gifts to children at Christmas.

 

  • Christmas Morning ministry to the needy – Trinity’s youth provide coats, blankets, sleeping bags and food to the homeless and economically disadvantaged.

 

  • Community Ministry of Calvert County - www.communityministrycalco.com - Trinity is a partner with the Community Ministry of Calvert County, a nonprofit organizaiion dedicated to providing emergency grants to local people who need them.

 

  • Heart F.E.L.T. - Filling Empty Little Tummies, is a backpack program to feed needy children on the weekends, when they can often go hungry. Trinity UMC Prince Frederick delivered the first backpacks to one local school in January of 2013 and HeartF.E.L.T. has continued to grow throughout Calvert County with multiple churches now participating and many local schools served.  https://www.heartfeltsomd.com/ or www.facebook.com/heartfeltcalvert/

 

  • Calvert Churches Community Food Pantry - The Food Pantry is an ecumenical outreach ministry of an association of churches in Calvert County, of which Trinity is one.
