Pastor Beaudwin was ordained an elder in the United Methodist Church in 2011. He recently served at St. Andrew’s United Methodist in Annapolis. He has served as Director of Youth Ministries, Director of Disciple Ministries, and has been involved in music ministries to include Gospel Choir Director and the leader of praise bands. He enjoys leading Bible studies and worship.

Rob Carter
Pastor Emeritus
Pastor Rob became Pastor Emeritus at Trinity in Oct. 2021. He came to Trinity after 40+ years of Pastoral Ministry as an ordained elder in the Baltimore/Washington Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church.
Rob grew up in Arnold (Anne Arundel County) Maryland. His family attended Asbury UMC in Arnold where he first felt God’s call to ordained ministry. He is a graduate of Western Maryland College (now known as McDaniel College) in Westminster with B.A. in English. He then attended Candler School of Theology in Atlanta Georgia, graduating with a Master of Divinity degree.
Following ordination he served Galesville UMC in southern Anne Arundel County, Smithville in Dunkirk, Eastport in Annapolis, the Fork/Waugh Church in Baltimore County, Shiloh in Bryans Road and Calvary in Waldorf. He retired from full-time ministry in June 2018 and began attending Trinity where he has found a spiritual home to support and encourage his faith and discipleship.
Rob still lives in Waldorf with his wife and ministry partner Carolyn, they have three children: Matt, Melissa and Melanie and three grandchildren.

His service at Trinity includes occasional preaching, helping with visitation and teaching.

He currently serves as both the Director of Music Ministries at Trinity United Methodist Church and as a music teacher at Northern High School. He has served as music director for two prior churches, as well as serving in other music leadership roles. Jack’s mission at Trinity is to integrate music and worship in formats both professionally produced and accessible to many.

Sandy Daelemans
Organist/Accompanist
Sandy recently retired after a 35-year choral music career, most of it in Calvert County. She has also been a church musician for over 40 years, as a choral director, organist, pianist, children’s choir director, and director of music.
Originally from PA and a graduate of Penn State, Sandy enjoys time with her husband, Gary, their families and their dogs. In her free time she enjoys reading, gardening, and baking.

William Jenifer
Sexton
Mr. Jenifer became a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church family, and attended services here, prior to becoming the church Sexton. William was previously employed by Georgia Pacific Distribution, where he worked as professional checker, receiver and warehouse-man for five years. Mr. Jenifer's departure, from Georgia Pacific Distribution, was prompted by the announcement of their impending move, from their Landover Maryland location, to a new location in Frederick County Maryland. William's decision to return to Calvert County, and seek work where he resides, has been a win for Trinity. As anyone who attends our services, or any of the numerous other activities within our walls can attest to, Mr. Jennifer's work is second to none.
When not at work, William has a number of hobbies that occupy his time. He is a fan of the National Football League's Washington Commanders (Redskins). He enjoys fishing, yard work, shopping, a good book, and having fun with friends. As with all the others who call Trinity UMC home, William prays the congregation can stay positive, grow and do God's will.
“The Lord is righteous in all his ways and holy in all his work.” (Psalm 145)
